Description: Hike in San Isabel National Forest, Fish, boat, waterski, or swim at Lathrop State Park, Climb the Spanish Peaks Golf at Grandote Peaks Golf Course It's all just a short distance away. This is a wilderness wonderland with elk, deer, and wild turkeys in the yard. This is the kind of property that family legacies are built on. #50 is a nicely treed property on the west side of the ranch, almost at the end of the road and very close to the Black State Wildlife Area. There are big views to the east, west and north. The tree cover is a mix of pinon, oak, cedar and ponderosas. There is a nice building site along the road and quite a few nice spots down in the lower area to the east.
